So, we decided to put it to the test to see if the Ahrefs AI Text Humanizer can really make AI content sound more human.
Ahrefs is widely regarded as a go-to SEO tool, allowing users to identify new content pillars, perform keyword research, and track website traffic.
Recently, they launched an AI text humanizer, claiming to turn AI-generated text into text that sounds more human-written, thus bypassing human or software detection.
With the rising quantity of AI content in Google search results and Google’s penalties on mass-produced AI content, interest in AI humanizer tools is also increasing.

The main question we want to answer is whether or not the Ahrefs AI Text Humanizer can actually make ‘human’ content that bypasses detection.
Step 1: To check whether or not the Ahrefs AI Text Humanizer content can pass as human-written, we first need to create an AI-generated article in ChatGPT.
Step 2: We then took the results from ChatGPT and copied it word-for-word, pasting it into our AI detection tool, as well as three other popular tools: Copyleaks, GPTZero, and Writer AI.
Step 3: From there, we then took that same ChatGPT copy and pasted it into the Ahrefs AI Text Humanizer, clicking rewrite and waiting for the results.
