What Is Voilà and Its AI Humanizer? 

Voilà is an AI virtual assistant that offers tools, like its AI humanizer, to help users “Transform AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing.”

For the purpose of this review, we focused entirely on the Voilà Humanizer, which attempts to improve AI-generated text so that it sounds and flows in a more human, natural-sounding manner. 

However, the humanizer is just one part of the broader Voilà AI Assistant platform (shown in the screenshot below), which also includes image generation, capabilities for AI email replies, and more.

Why is there interest in Voilà Humanizer?

Despite how far AI writing has come, most large language models, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Claude, and others, can still generate robotic, formulaic rhythms or patterns when they create text. 

That level of predictability is exactly what “humanizers” try to fix. They aim to smooth out sentences and update word choice so that the text flows more naturally. 

The demand for AI humanizers hasn’t gone away in 2026. If anything, it has grown, with more tools being created to meet it. 

Today, there are dedicated humanizer platforms marketing themselves around buzzwords like “burstiness.” Voilà isn’t a standalone AI humanizer tool. It’s a broader writing assistant with its humanizer included as one feature out of many. 

Unlike most humanizers, which simply offer a toggle for casual versus formal text, Voilà goes beyond the basics, offering a wider range of writing tones, including luxury, engaging, direct, academic, and more. For this test, we used the default “Neutral” tone. 

Does the Voilà AI Humanizer Work? 

The Test

This test was designed to see if the AI text that was “humanized” through Voilà’s Humanizer tool could bypass ZeroGPT, Easemate, and the Originality.ai AI content detector. 

Step 1: First, we generated sample text on the topic of content marketing in ChatGPT. This was done to make sure that all the tools would have a fair and equal baseline to draw from when deciding between clearly AI-generated text vs. the Voilà humanized version. 

Step 2: We then ran the AI-generated text through Originality.ai, ZeroGPT, and Easemate to get a base score.

Step 3: We pasted the same AI-generated text into Voilà Humanizer and had the platform “humanize” it. 

Step 4: We then pasted the humanized text into ZeroGPT, Easemate, and Originality.ai to see if they could successfully detect that the text was AI-generated.

As the screenshots show, Originality.ai’s industry-leading AI detector accurately spotted Voilà’s humanized version as AI-generated copy. 

Easemate’s AI detector only detected the original ChatGPT-generated text as 15% AI. Meanwhile, after pasting in the text that was “humanized” by Voilà, that percentage rose to just 30% AI. 

ZeroGPT also recognized both the ChatGPT and humanized text as AI GPT at 98.3-100%.

Final Thoughts

In our tests, the Voilà tool did change some of the sentence structure from the ChatGPT version.

However, as our test results show, Originality.ai was able to successfully detect both the AI-generated text and the text humanized by Voilà as Likely AI.
