This feature shows the user the frequency of single or two word keywords in a document, meaning you can easily compare an article you have written against a competitor to see the major differences in keyword densities. File compare – Text comparison between files is a breeze with our tool. Simply select the files you would like to compare, hit “Upload” and our tool will automatically insert the content into the text area, then simply hit “Compare” and let our tool show you where the differences in the text are. By uploading a file, you can still check the keyword density in your content.
Comparing text between URLs is effortless with our tool. Overall, Managr AI is a very handy tool for PR support. While the content generated is not groundbreaking, it can be used to save time during the PR process.
While the price is a little steeper per month than we would like to see for the monthly membership, and you are only able to pay for it annually, the free version has a very generous offering, so we would recommend starting there until your needs exceed what the free version offers.
That is especially important given the fact that through our tests, we found the tool to be a little difficult to use, sometimes not even providing a generated response.
Despite this AI tool being a PR one, an area we have less experience reviewing, that hasn't impacted the process we take to help you decide if it is a tool worth your time.
To test the Managr AI tool, we conducted first-hand research, signing up for a free subscription and using that opportunity to test all of the features, including the AI content generator.
As you would expect, given the fact that Managr AI focuses specifically on PR, it is the ideal tool for any company that is short on the resources they need to drive their PR efforts. So that means any small businesses or marketing teams that are on a tight budget.
Managr AI could even be used by freelancers and consultants to help more brands achieve their PR objectives.
To get the most out of your Managr AI subscription, we strongly recommend you spend time using the free version of the tool first.
It can be tempting to go for 'the bigger the better' approach, but given the fact you must opt of an annual subscription with Managr AI, it is essential to ensure you get benefit from the platform first.

The first notable feature within the Managr AI platform is the Search tool. Within this tool, Managr will find relevant news clips from thousands of top media outlets and provide a summary.
Let's put it to the test with a recent news story in the UK, as the England Cricket Team have just lost a series in India.
So let's take that information and see what Managr can create for us.

Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, the tool would not provide us with any results, which is very frustrating.
Let's see if we have more luck with the Pitch feature.
Here, Managr AI claims you can create content that sounds like you. Choose content type, provide key data, and select a writing style.

Finally, we have the Assist feature, where you can create content based on the latest news. Managr will read the news, distil key insights, and create personalized content using a saved writing style.
Let's try our England Test Match example again.
Unfortunately, we were once again unable to use this feature. The tool asks us to provide a Writing Style and a Saved Search, but as those lists are empty, we are stuck, unable to add a Writing Style or proceed without one!
As PR is such a prominent element of any business, it should come as no surprise that there are plenty of alternatives to Managr AI. Two of the most prominent options are Determ and Prowly, which offer features similar to Managr AI but with more flexibility on monthly subscriptions.
As you can see from the screenshot above, for the content we did manage to generate, Originality AI successfully managed to detect that the content was 100% AI detected.
In summary, the Managr AI tool has a lot of potential and could be a very helpful platform for PR. However, the user experience is rather frustrating, given the fact that two of the three generative tools did not work.
That said, given the generous free trial, we recommend testing it out for yourself to see if it works for you.
From my experience testing the Managr AI system, we found it very secure and easy to use. The tool prioritizes customers' experience and safety when using the tool, which is important given it is a PR tool! It is a safe and secure way to connect a person with the capabilities of AI and help companies save valuable time and money.
You can use the Managr AI software for free at first, but to continue using it as your company PR solution, you will need to invest in a paid subscription.
ChatGPT focuses on providing you or your team with AI in its raw form, allowing you to use prompts to generate content that achieves your personal or business projects. Managr AI focuses on helping organizations manage their Public Relations through AI automation, allowing each user to be as productive as possible and save valuable time during the PR process.
No, that’s one of the benefits, only fill out the areas which you think will be relevant to the prompts you require.
When making the tool we had to make each prompt as general as possible to be able to include every kind of input. Not to worry though ChatGPT is smart and will still understand the prompt.
Originality.ai did a fantastic job on all three prompts, precisely detecting them as AI-written. Additionally, after I checked with actual human-written textual content, it did determine it as 100% human-generated, which is important.
