While the price is a little steeper per month than we would like to see for the monthly membership, and you are only able to pay for it annually, the free version has a very generous offering, so we would recommend starting there until your needs exceed what the free version offers.
That is especially important given the fact that through our tests, we found the tool to be a little difficult to use, sometimes not even providing a generated response.
Despite this AI tool being a PR one, an area we have less experience reviewing, that hasn't impacted the process we take to help you decide if it is a tool worth your time.

As you would expect, given the fact that Managr AI focuses specifically on PR, it is the ideal tool for any company that is short on the resources they need to drive their PR efforts. So that means any small businesses or marketing teams that are on a tight budget.
Managr AI could even be used by freelancers and consultants to help more brands achieve their PR objectives.
To get the most out of your Managr AI subscription, we strongly recommend you spend time using the free version of the tool first.
It can be tempting to go for 'the bigger the better' approach, but given the fact you must opt of an annual subscription with Managr AI, it is essential to ensure you get benefit from the platform first.
Managr AI focuses specifically on PR efforts, which means you can generate content in the form of:

The first notable feature within the Managr AI platform is the Search tool. Within this tool, Managr will find relevant news clips from thousands of top media outlets and provide a summary.

So let's take that information and see what Managr can create for us.

Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, the tool would not provide us with any results, which is very frustrating.
Let's see if we have more luck with the Pitch feature.
Here, Managr AI claims you can create content that sounds like you. Choose content type, provide key data, and select a writing style.

Finally, we have the Assist feature, where you can create content based on the latest news. Managr will read the news, distil key insights, and create personalized content using a saved writing style.
Let's try our England Test Match example again.
Unfortunately, we were once again unable to use this feature. The tool asks us to provide a Writing Style and a Saved Search, but as those lists are empty, we are stuck, unable to add a Writing Style or proceed without one!
As PR is such a prominent element of any business, it should come as no surprise that there are plenty of alternatives to Managr AI. Two of the most prominent options are Determ and Prowly, which offer features similar to Managr AI but with more flexibility on monthly subscriptions.
As you can see from the screenshot above, for the content we did manage to generate, Originality AI successfully managed to detect that the content was 100% AI detected.
In summary, the Managr AI tool has a lot of potential and could be a very helpful platform for PR. However, the user experience is rather frustrating, given the fact that two of the three generative tools did not work.
That said, given the generous free trial, we recommend testing it out for yourself to see if it works for you.
From my experience testing the Managr AI system, we found it very secure and easy to use. The tool prioritizes customers' experience and safety when using the tool, which is important given it is a PR tool! It is a safe and secure way to connect a person with the capabilities of AI and help companies save valuable time and money.
You can use the Managr AI software for free at first, but to continue using it as your company PR solution, you will need to invest in a paid subscription.
